The 2026 LGBTQ Policy Agenda Think Tank Sessions are hosted by NAACP AOWSAC in collaboration with the Black Prisoners Caucus and SURGE on December 21 and 28, 2025. Facilitated by NiRae Petty and Deaunte Damper, these sessions co-develop legislative priorities that center Black and Queer community voices for the 2025–2027 policy agenda.
