The 2026 State of Black Oregon Townhall is a free hybrid event on January 20, 2026, hosted by NAACP AOWSAC in Salem, OR and via Zoom. State legislators including Sen. Lew Frederick, Rep. Shannon Isadore, and Rep. Travis Nelson join the community to address concerns and legislative solutions for Black Oregonians.
