The NAACP Alaska Oregon Washington State-Area Conference (AOWSAC) is proud to announce that the 2026 State Convention is headed to Portland – three days of strategy, advocacy, and community bringing together delegates, branch leaders, and supporters from across the Pacific Northwest.
Every branch, every member, and every ally across our three-state region is invited to join us in the Rose City for legislative advocacy, regional strategy, and the continued pursuit of equity.
