Leadership Development: The Doxx Effect β Safety in Advocacy
π Date: Saturday, December 6, 2025
π Location: Details provided upon RSVP (Train the Trainers)
Being outspoken on matters impacting Black lives often comes at a price.
Civil rights leaders across our region have increasingly become victims of doxxing, facing digital and physical threats simply for standing up for justice.
NAACP Alaska Oregon Washington State Area Conference (AOWSAC) invites Executive Committee members to this critical leadership development session: “The Doxx Effect.”
While the NAACP will NEVER back down, it is imperative that we move STRATEGICALLY.
This “Train the Trainers” lecture is designed to equip our leaders with the tools to be fearless, bold, and informed.
We will cover the “Doβs and Donβts” of being doxxed, including how to handle family harassment, physical threats, identity theft, and the distribution of personal photos.
