2026 LGBTQ Policy Agenda Think Tank Session

The NAACP Alaska Oregon Washington State Area Conference (AOWSAC) is proud to present the 2026 LGBTQ Policy Agenda Think Tank Session, in collaboration with the Black Prisoners Caucus and SURGE (Surge for Justice).

As we approach the upcoming legislative session, it is imperative that we mobilize to shape the 2025–2027 LGBTQ Policy Agenda. This session is designed to center the lived experiences of our communities and ensure those voices directly inform legislative priorities.

Participants will explore the power dynamics of politics and engage in collaborative discussions to co-develop policy priorities that authentically reflect the needs of Black and Queer communities.

This is a critical opportunity to unite, strategize, and contribute to meaningful policy change. Community participation is essential.
